File Based Ingest - XD CAM and Panasonic P2

XDCAM makes it easy to accelerate your workflow with robust, nonlinear acquisition for both HD and SD production. PDW Players use Professional Disc media - the ideal choice for both nonlinear acquisition and low cost storage.

Your investment in Panasonic P2 HD production products will provide you with true production-quality video and bring dramatic improvements to the way you capture, process and distribute video content. With P2 HD, you'll enjoy the unmatched reliability of solid-state technology with lower operating costs and the advantages of environmentally responsible operation.

Panasonic P2 Readers

Unlike with tape, as technology evolves, a producer will never need to worry if they will have the video deck from which to retrieve their valuable content. P2 HD records data in files and allows direct edits, with no need for digitizing before editing.

DV CAM

Sony DSR - 1500

Various optional interface boards let you configure the DSR-1500 to suit a range of video applications, from simple playback to high-quality source feeding for linear or non-linear editing. Play back compatible with DV formats, the DSR-1500AP also ensures an easy migration path to more sophisticated systems.
